If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your product for a different product or for a refund to the original payment method.
All sales are final on discounted items. Returned items must have tags still on and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please email us directly to support your return: [email protected]
- Please let us know if your order was lost or damaged in the shipping process.
- If you want to exchange your order for a different product – please have that product identified.
- If the new total is higher than the original purchase – we will charge your original payment the difference, if it is less we will refund anything over a $1.00.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label by email, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Current Nectar gear can also be returned and/or exchanged at the nearest Nectar Dispensary.
